How to use the body lotion?
The body lotion can be applied as often as necessary, even after physical activity or before going to sleep. Use the body lotion daily for best results.
Apply this natural magnesium lotion to the entire body or to the desired area until the lotion is completely absorbed. When you apply the body lotion to moist skin, the lotion will absorb into the skin faster.
