Back Office Manager
Flexible Back Office Sales Manager with experience in the cosmetics industry
As a Back Office Manager with a background as a beautician and/or makeup artist, you are free to make it a party at biocareonline.nl.

You have enough self-awareness and value personal development. We want to be able to count on you as a team player, although there is no overtime culture at biocareonline.nl. What will you do as a Back Office Sales Manager at Biocare?
As a Back Office Sales Manager, you play a crucial role for us. You will be the first point of contact within our company, advising our B2C and B2B customers in person, online, via email, or over the phone, using your background as a beautician or makeup artist. Additionally, you will provide direct support to all departments, offering plenty of variety. You will be involved in sales, customer service, marketing, and administration. A unique aspect of every position at biocareproducts.nl and biocareonline.nl is the freedom to execute independent sales-related projects for which you will be fully responsible.
As a Back Office Sales Manager, you will be a key link within a small team in a professional company. Your daily activities will include:
Providing customer service;
Giving (online) skincare and makeup advice to consumers and retailers;
Organizing and conducting demo days for consumers, beauty salons, and retailers;
Supporting back office and sales activities;
Supporting and eventually independently conducting professional training for retail and salons;
Typical office manager tasks;
Planning social media content and, if you're creative, filming stories;
Operational and supporting tasks related to e-commerce activities;
Optimizing store presentation and keeping the showroom organized;
In addition to your daily tasks, we value your input on product development and other activities to help our brands grow.
