Instructions for use
- Apply the oil directly to the skin after showering or bathing on damp skin.
- To relieve morning pain, you can apply the oil to dry skin.
- To use in a massage, warm the oil in the palms of your hands before applying the oil to the body.
- Before using the oil in the bath, you can add a few drops to a perfume-free bath/shower gel and mix with warm water. Let the soap bubble and then inhale the spicy herbal aroma. This product can also be used with perfumed shower gel, but if your shower gel is perfumed, the aroma may be changed by the essential oils.
