Instructions for use
All Green People essential oils are highly concentrated and must be diluted before use. Do not apply directly to the skin.
This oil blend can be used in several ways:
- Mix 6-8 drops in a diffuser. We recommend adding no more than two drops of essential oil per 20ml of water.
- Mix 25-50 drops with 100 ml of water/alcohol and use as a room spray
- Put 1 or 2 drops on a tissue and inhale
- Mix 6-8 drops with a shower gel to bathe
- Mix 5 drops in 2 teaspoons/10 ml base oil for use in massage
- Mix 1 or 2 drops into a soft balm and use on pulse points
- Put 1 drop on each side of a pillow at bedtime
Safety
This essential oil is not to be ingested. Consult your doctor immediately if the product is swallowed or comes into contact with the eyes.
The essential oil should be used within 12 months of opening. This item is flammable and should not be used near an open flame. If you have a skin condition, asthma or epilepsy, please consult your physician or a professional aromatherapist before use. The essential oil is best stored at room temperature without direct daylight. Always keep out of reach of children and pets. We do not recommend pouring excess water from the diffuser down the sink.
General Information:
Not suitable for use by pregnant women. This product is not suitable for young infants or children and should not be applied directly to the skin. Some essential oils, even when diluted with a carrier oil, can cause skin irritation in people with sensitive skin. Always dilute essential oils and discontinue use if you experience irritation.
